Leases
We represent both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leasing. Our commercial leasing experience includes representing shopping centers and negotiating leases with nation-wide tenants. Beginning with the letter of intent, we assist in all facets of the negotiation process to ensure that our clients are adequately protected and represented.
Residential Loans and Refinances
Our office represents multiple national banks in connection with residential loans and refinances, including grants on affordable housing loans and State of New York Mortgage Agency transactions. In 2021, our office closed over 400 loans.
Commercial Loans
Our office represents private and institutional lenders in connection with commercial loans secured by real estate. We assist in the entire loan process, beginning with the due diligence phase all the way through Closing.
Construction Contracts and Loans
Our office has extensive experience representing all parties to construction contracts relating to projects ranging from the construction of homes to major capital improvement projects in apartment buildings and cooperatives throughout New York. We also assist in private lenders and borrowers connection with construction loans.
